Discover hidden treasures and rare finds in the next Jewellery and Watches sale on 17th March 2015. An array of high quality items are available from rings, to watches, pendants, brooches and earrings.
If you got engaged on Valentine’s Day, or a proposal is in the pipeline, you might be interested in Lot 50 (est £30,000 – 40,000). A fine diamond solitaire ring, with the central Edwardian old claw set stone an impressive 5.15ct (approx) and flanked by diamond shoulders.
There is a great deal of excitement on the watch front too, with a ladies circa 1960s 18ct gold Rolex Precision dress ring, boxed on offer (Lot 34). Along with a WW2 era military issued Cyma wristwatch, stainless steel case, black dial Arabic chapter ring with sub seconds dial, case marked ‘P22350, 27350′, later strap.
Two distinctive pieces from the Victorian era will make an appearance in the sale. Giving a real sense of the history behind them, they would make a valuable and beautiful addition to any jewellery collection.
A fine Victorian gold, opal and diamond cluster pendant / brooch, with removable pin and gold rope twist chain, fitted box will be lighting up the auction room (lot 40).
