Koh-i-Noor (Mountain of Light), one of the most famous diamonds in history, currently adorns Queen Elizabeth’s crown. It is the largest Crown Jewels diamond.
Originally it had a light yellow tinge, but it became pure white after it was recut in 1852. Koh-i-Noor’s history can be traced back to 1300, but the legend goes back even further.
